Provided social performance advisory support for a major LNG prefeasibility study in Indonesia. Work included socio-economic baseline analysis, stakeholder identification and engagement planning, and gap analysis against IFC Performance Standards and international good practice. Advisory services supported assessment of multiple development options and focused on identifying social risks, stakeholder considerations and engagement requirements to inform project planning and future approvals pathways.
Provided social performance, stakeholder engagement and resettlement planning support for a major LNG development project in Papua New Guinea. Work focussed on meeting IFC Performance Standards and international good practice, including resettlement planning and implementation support, stakeholder engagement and community interface management within a complex operating environment. Culturally appropriate engagement with Huli communities, with a focus on relationship building, improving living standards and livelihoods to support project delivery in a remote area.
Initial screening phase of a major energy infrastructure project evaluated the cultural, social and economic impacts of three competing development concepts to guide long-term asset strategy and corporate value creation.
Developed robust pre-screening framework and structure gap analysis roadmap to integrate early findings into a subsequent full scale project Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA).
