Supported land access and stakeholder engagement activities for preliminary investigations associated with a proposed magnetite slurry pipeline linking a mining development in western New South Wales to regional port infrastructure in South Australia. Work focused on securing voluntary landholder agreements to enable access for investigation activities and support project approvals processes. Experience included landholder engagement, access negotiation support, stakeholder communication and issue management across regional and rural areas within a complex linear infrastructure environment.
Provided social performance, stakeholder engagement and resettlement planning support for a large-scale mining and infrastructure development in West Africa. Experience included activities aligned with IFC Performance Standards and international good practice, including stakeholder engagement, social risk considerations, cross-cultural communication, resettlement planning support and community interface management. Work was undertaken within a complex multi-stakeholder environment involving regional communities, project teams and government stakeholders across both mining and associated linear infrastructure components.

Experience also included engagement support involving B’laan Indigenous communities, with a focus on culturally informed consultation approaches, community interface management and social risk considerations associated with large-scale project development.
